These terms apply to your use of myaicompanion.co (the "Site"). The Site is operated by AIBUILDERS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208, Newark, DE 19702, USA ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

1. Adults only

The Site covers AI companion and roleplay apps and is intended for people aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is

The Site publishes reviews, comparisons and guides about third-party apps. We are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Character.AI or any app we review. All product names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products we discuss.

3. Information, not advice

We test apps carefully and date every test, but apps change their features, prices and policies often. Content is provided "as is" for general information. Check the app's own site before you pay or share personal information. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, medical or mental health advice.

4. Affiliate links and third-party apps

Some links earn us a commission (see our Affiliate Disclosure). When you use a third-party app, your relationship is with that company and its terms apply. We are not responsible for third-party apps, their content, their billing or how they handle your data.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site: no scraping at scale, no attempts to break its security, no use that breaks the law.

6. Our content

Text, videos and design on the Site belong to us or our licensors. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the Site.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or of any third-party app, and our total liability is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and consumers in the EU and UK keep the rights their local law gives them.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
