This policy explains what data myaicompanion.co collects and why. The site is operated by AIBUILDERS LLC, 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208, Newark, DE 19702, USA ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@myaicompanion.co.

1. What we collect

  • Reading the site. We do not require an account. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver and secure the site.
  • Affiliate clicks. When you click a /go/ link, we pass the page you came from and your country (derived from your IP by Cloudflare) to the partner, so we can see which pages lead to sign-ups. We do not pass your name, email or IP address.
  • Email (optional). If you give us your email, for example through a quiz or newsletter, we use it only for what you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Analytics. If we add analytics, we will use a privacy-friendly tool and update this policy before it goes live.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it to train AI models.

2. Partner sites

Once you leave our site through a partner link, the partner's own privacy policy applies. Partners may use their own cookies to record that you came from us.

3. Legal bases (EU/UK visitors)

We process data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and securing the site and measuring which content is useful (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and on your consent for emails and any non-essential cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Retention

Server logs are kept only as long as our hosting provider needs them for security. Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its processing. Email us and we will reply within 30 days. EU and UK residents can also complain to their local data protection authority.

6. Children

This site is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting, security), and, if you subscribe to emails, our email provider. These providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

8. Changes

We will post any change on this page and update the date at the top.
